Dr. Bhaskar Balakrishnan presented his credentials as Ambassador of India to the Hellenic Republic to H.E. President Karolos Papoulias , on 8 th June 2005. Also present at the ceremony were Deputy Foreign Minister Takis Skandalakis, Secretary General of the President's Office, Mr. Constantinou Georgiou, and Chief of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Danae-Madeleine Koumanakou.
